60 Minute First Appointment - Include Consultation

In this session we will discuss the reason for your visit, your expectations of the treatment and we will discuss the best way to approach the session wether it be more of a holistic approach or if we need to look at other factors. The consultation will last no longer than 20 minutes so you will receive a minimum 40 minutes 'hands on' treatment.

90 Minute First Appointment - Include Consultation

Deep Tissue Massage - This 45 minute slot is ideal for massage treatment on Back, Neck & Shoulders OR Glutes and legs.

Sports Massage - we will aim to do an assessment to rectify any current pains you may be experiencing or avoid any future issues. This session will involve postural analysis and range of motion tests which will decide how best to approach the treatment. Techniques will include soft tissue work (massage), passive and active stretches, muscle energy technique and soft tissue release throughout and you will be advised of exercises to do at home in between sessions.

Deep Tissue Massage - This 60 minute slot is ideal for Deep Tissue Massage treatment on Back, Neck & Shoulders & Glutes and legs.

60 Minute Pregnancy

In this session we will look to reduce any discomforts currently experienced because of pregnancy. Treatment will be very relaxing and aim to loosen off any muscular tension. This session is ideal for work on the whole body - front and back of legs, back, neck & shoulders. Please note for this treatment you will not lay on your stomach.

Pulsio Compression

30 mins··£15

In this session you will be using compression trousers that will offer relief from fatigue, DOMs and improve circulation aiding in quicker recovery post event. This is best booked no more than 24 hours post exercise.

You can bring any electronics occupy you during your time.

Sessions are held in 14 Fletcher Road, Ottershaw, for location search Andy Nolan Therapy into Google Maps. (30 minutes or less from Ashford, Staines, Woking, Sandhurst, Windsor, West Byfleet, Weybridge, Chertsey, Addlestone) Non restricted parking available down the road. Please be aware of roadworks that may affect your journey on the A320 towards St Peters Hospital.

Excellent! Went to Andy with knee and arm pain. Worked through my range of motion, located the issue and treated. Felt so much better after that I booked again there and then!

I have been suffering from my back for a long time, and 3 months ago from a whiplash. I could not standthe cervical pain anymore, added to tendinopathy in my shoulder, but after Andy's deep tissue massage, I feel I can move my neck again, my back feels more flexible and so much better! I highly recommend him, he is very serious, professional and thorough in his treatment.
I definitely will go back and not wait so long for my next treatment.
