60 Minute First Appointment - Include Consultation

In this session we will discuss the reason for your visit, your expectations of the treatment and we will discuss the best way to approach the session wether it be more of a holistic approach or if we need to look at other factors. The consultation will last no longer than 20 minutes so you will receive a minimum 40 minutes 'hands on' treatment.

90 Minute First Appointment - Include Consultation

Deep Tissue Massage - This 45 minute slot is ideal for massage treatment on Back, Neck & Shoulders OR Glutes and legs.

Sports Massage - we will aim to do an assessment to rectify any current pains you may be experiencing or avoid any future issues. This session will involve postural analysis and range of motion tests which will decide how best to approach the treatment. Techniques will include soft tissue work (massage), passive and active stretches, muscle energy technique and soft tissue release throughout and you will be advised of exercises to do at home in between sessions.

60 Minute Pregnancy

In this session we will look to reduce any discomforts currently experienced because of pregnancy. Treatment will be very relaxing and aim to loosen off any muscular tension. This session is ideal for work on the whole body - front and back of legs, back, neck & shoulders. Please note for this treatment you will not lay on your stomach.

Pulsio Compression

30 mins··£15

In this session you will be using compression trousers that will offer relief from fatigue, DOMs and improve circulation aiding in quicker recovery post event. This is best booked no more than 24 hours post exercise.

You can bring any electronics occupy you during your time.

Sessions are held in 14 Fletcher Road, Ottershaw, for location search Andy Nolan Therapy into Google Maps. (30 minutes or less from Ashford, Staines, Woking, Sandhurst, Windsor, West Byfleet, Weybridge, Chertsey, Addlestone) Non restricted parking available down the road. Please be aware of roadworks that may affect your journey on the A320 towards St Peters Hospital.

I have been to see Andy twice and I can’t recommend him enough . After seeing numerous professionals , over 3 years ,about my back and hip pain ,Andy is the first person that has made a real difference . My mobility feels the best it’s been for a very long time , allowing me to focus more on my sports than on managing my pain !! Very professional and knowledgeable guy !

Andy has great knowledge and understand of the source of muscle pain and fatigue; and more importantly how to rectify by it, by way of sports massage and stretching exercises at home. Very pleased I found him! Thank you Andy!:)

I recently had an amazing sports massage and I can’t recommend it enough! The therapist was incredibly skilled, starting with a thorough assessment of my muscle tightness and areas of tension. The pressure was just right—firm but not painful—and I felt the difference immediately after the session. My range of motion improved, and I noticed a significant reduction in soreness from my workouts. The atmosphere was calming, and the therapist really focused on my specific needs, using a mix of techniques to target problem areas. If you're an athlete or just someone who pushes your body hard, this is definitely worth it. My body felt restored, and I left feeling energized rather than drained. Highly recommend it!

As always my treatment with Andy was very helpful in rebalancing my lower back and leg following a bout of sciatica, highly recommended and very reasonable treatment cost
